Terms & Conditions

This Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions under which users may access and use the Traider Platform (the “Platform”) operated by Alpha Labs Technologies LLC., a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Platform, you (“the User”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 “Account” means the registered profile created by a User to access the Platform.
1.2 “AI Trading System” means the proprietary artificial-intelligence software operated by the Company for executing digital-asset trades.
1.3 “Bonus Balance” means promotional funds credited under Section 13.
1.4 “Network Earnings” means commissions accrued from referral activity under Section 11.
1.5 “Tradable Balance” means funds available for AI trading and VIP qualification.
1.6 “USDC” means the USD-denominated stablecoin operating on the ERC-20 standard.
1.7 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Use of the Platform is restricted to natural persons aged 18 years or older.
2.2 The Platform is not offered to residents of the United States of America, North Korea, or any jurisdiction subject to international sanctions or OFAC restrictions.
2.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration and Access

3.1 Access to the Platform is invite-only.
3.2 Users must register with a valid, unique email address and verify such address via a One-Time Password (“OTP”).
3.3 Each person may hold one Account only.
3.4 You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account.
3.5 The Company may suspend or terminate Accounts that are duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant.

4. Platform Nature and Risk Acknowledgement

4.1 The Platform provides access to AI-assisted trading tools for digital assets.
4.2 The Company does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or financial guarantees.
4.3 Trading digital assets is inherently volatile and may result in partial or total loss of funds.
4.4 Past performance of the AI Trading System does not guarantee future results.
4.5 Users should only trade with funds they can afford to lose.

5. VIP Tiers and Qualification

5.1 Users are classified into five VIP Tiers as follows:

5.2 VIP status is evaluated once daily at 00:00 CET; any upgrade or downgrade takes effect from the next trading day.
5.3 Failure to maintain the required balance or Direct Referrals results in automatic downgrading until requirements are re-met.

6. Trading Mechanics

6.1 Trades may be executed between 00:00 and 23:59 CET with a maximum of one trade per 60-minute period.
6.2 Upon initiating a trade, the command button changes to “Trade Pending” for a 60-minute cooldown.
6.3 The AI Trading System executes all trades and automatically credits profits or debits losses to the User’s Tradable Balance.
6.4 Traider currently operates across 15 cryptocurrency pairs, each against USDT. Pairs may change in accordance with liquidity and market conditions.
6.5 No fixed or guaranteed profit margins apply.

7. Risk Management and Disclaimers

7.1 The AI Trading System employs automated risk-control protocols intended to diversify exposure.
7.2 The Company cannot eliminate risk or guarantee profitable results.
7.3 Unexpected market volatility, exchange outages, or technical errors may lead to losses beyond system control.
7.4 The Company shall not be liable for any trading losses, system downtime, or delays in data transmission.

8. Deposits and Wallet Structure

8.1 All balances are maintained in USDC on the ERC-20 network.
8.2 Each User is provided a unique deposit address displayed under the “Recharge” section.
8.3 Deposits must equal or exceed 30 USDC; smaller amounts or non-USDC/non-ERC-20 transactions are uncredited and unrecoverable.
8.4 Deposits usually appear within minutes after on-chain confirmation and are instantly tradable.
8.5 The Company does not charge internal deposit fees; network gas fees apply as imposed by the sending wallet or exchange.
8.6 Account structure:
    (a) Tradable Balance – used for trading and VIP qualification;
    (b) Network Earnings – referral commissions convertible to Tradable Balance;
    (c) Bonus Balance – non-withdrawable promotional funds (see Section 13).

9. Internal Transfers (“Send to Friend”)

9.1 Users may transfer USDC to another registered User through the “Recharge” interface.
9.2 Transfers require the recipient’s U-ID and verified email address.
9.3 Transfers are instant and irreversible once confirmed.
9.4 No internal transfer fee applies.
9.5 The sender bears full responsibility for verifying recipient details; funds sent in error cannot be recovered.

10. Withdrawals

10.1 Withdrawal requests must be submitted before 23:59 CET on Tuesday for same-week processing.
10.2 All withdrawals are executed at 00:00 CET on Friday.
10.3 Requests may be cancelled until 22:30 CET on Friday.
10.4 Upon submission, the withdrawal amount is immediately deducted from the Tradable Balance.
10.5 A 5 % withdrawal fee applies.
10.6 Minimum withdrawal: 50 USDC; maximum weekly withdrawal: 20 000 USDC.
10.7 Withdrawals are transmitted via the ERC-20 network to the User’s nominated wallet.
10.8 The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by external wallet providers or blockchain congestion.
18.1 Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, or expense arising out of their use of the Platform, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party right.

11. Network Earnings

11.1 Users may earn commissions from trading profits generated by their referral network up to three (3) levels deep, as follows:

11.2 Commissions apply only to profitable trades executed by Users within the network.
11.3 All Network Earnings are automatically credited to the User’s Network Earnings Balance.
11.4 Users may manually convert Network Earnings into their Tradable Balance by selecting “Activate Network Earnings” in the Recharge tab.
11.5 Network Earnings must be activated each time conversion is desired; no automatic transfer occurs.

12. Trading Pairs and Market Conditions

12.1 The AI Trading System presently operates across fifteen (15) cryptocurrency pairs, each paired against USDT.
12.2 The Company may modify the active trading pairs at any time in response to market sentiment, liquidity, or volume.
12.3 Users acknowledge that the selection of trading pairs and allocation of AI strategies are proprietary decisions of the Company.

13. Bonuses

13.1 Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are non-withdrawable.
13.2 Trades executed using bonus funds may generate profits; such profits are credited to the User’s Tradable Balance and are withdrawable under Section 10.
13.3 Standard bonuses include:
    (a) Welcome Bonus – 30 USDC upon registration;
    (b) Referral Milestone 1 – 200 USDC for five (5) qualified Direct Referrals (each having deposited ≥ 250 USDC);
    (c) Referral Milestone 2 500 USDC for fifteen (15) qualified Direct Referrals (each having deposited ≥ 250 USDC).
13.4 The Company may from time to time launch additional campaigns (e.g., “Wheel of Fortune”) offering discretionary rewards, which may include expiry or usage conditions announced separately. 13.5 The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or revoke bonuses in the event of misuse, abuse, or policy changes. 13.6 Bonus funds remain the property of the Company and exist solely for promotional and engagement purposes.

14. Compliance and Verification

14.1 The Company may at any time require Users to complete identity verification (“KYC”) if suspicious activity, regulatory inquiry, or security review occurs.
14.2 Failure to comply with such a request may result in suspension or restriction of withdrawals.
14.3 The Platform is not available to residents of the United States of America, North Korea, or any internationally sanctioned jurisdiction.
14.4 Users are responsible for ensuring their participation does not violate local laws or restrictions.

15. User Obligations

15.1 Users shall:
    (a) provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated;
    (b) use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
    (c) maintain adequate security of login credentials; and
    (d) be solely responsible for any applicable taxes on profits.
15.2 Users shall not:
    (a) operate multiple accounts;
    (b) use bots, scripts, or automation to exploit the Platform;
    (c) engage in fraudulent referrals or circular trading; or
    (d) reverse-engineer or attempt to obtain the Platform’s source code.

16. Intellectual Property

16.1 All content, algorithms, trademarks, and software comprising the Platform are proprietary to the Company.
16.2 Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal participation in its Services.
16.3 No element of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent from the Company.

17. Limitation of Liability

17.1 The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
17.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for purpose or merchantability.
17.3 The Company shall not be liable for:
    (a) losses arising from trading activity or market fluctuations;
    (b) errors, downtime, or data delays;
    (c) loss of funds due to incorrect deposits, withdrawals, or transfers; or
    (d) acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
17.4 In no event shall the Company’s aggregate liability exceed the total USDC balance held in the User’s Account at the time the claim arose.

18. Indemnification

18.1 Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, or expense arising out of their use of the Platform, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party right.

19. Termination and Suspension

19.1 The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Platform without notice if a User breaches these Terms or engages in prohibited conduct.
19.2 Upon termination, outstanding balances will be settled in accordance with Section 10, less any applicable fees or deductions.
19.3 Users may close their Account at any time by written notice to
support@traidernetwork.com.

20. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law and Notices

20.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
20.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the British Virgin Islands under the rules of the BVI International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC).
20.3 The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator appointed in accordance with such rules.
20.4 The language of arbitration shall be English, and the award shall be final and binding on the parties.
20.5 Notices required under this Agreement shall be sent by email to support@traidernetwork.com, and shall be deemed received upon successful transmission.
